Warranty Coverage

• 15 Years — Frames: Limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the frame structure.
• 5 Years — Mechanisms: Limited warranty against manufacturing defects in reclining and motion mechanisms.
• 5 Years — Springs: Limited warranty against manufacturing defects in spring systems.
• 3 Years — Motors: Limited warranty against manufacturing defects in electric motors.
• 2 Years — Leather: Limited warranty against manufacturing defects in leather under normal household use.

Warranty Terms

Hydecraft products are covered by a limited warranty for the original purchaser and are intended for personal, family, or household use only. This warranty does not apply to rental, business, commercial, or institutional use.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, improper care, abnormal use, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

Natural variations in leather, including differences in color, grain, texture, wrinkles, and markings, are part of the beauty of premium leather and are not considered defects. Soiling, fading, creasing, or damage caused by improper cleaning or use is not covered.

In the event of a warranty claim, Hydecraft reserves the right to inspect and attempt repair before replacement. If repair is not possible, Hydecraft may replace the affected item or component with the same item or one of equal or lesser value, at its discretion.
